Terms & Conditions of Sale Placing Orders (for
US and Canadian customers ONLY) New and existing
customers can place orders via this website for
direct shipment to locations in the US and Canada
only with a valid credit card. All customers must
have a valid shipping and billing ad dress (no P.O.
Box addresses) in order for us to accept and ship
your order. All duties, taxes and brokerage fees
associated with international shipments are the
responsibility of the purchaser. All questions relating
to orders, billing or shipping shall be directed
to the address listed on our contact page. E-Commerce
Store Pricing All prices are shown in US Dollars
(USD). US Dollars are the only currency we trade
in. Sales Tax We are obligated to charge sales tax
in those states in which we have nexus. Sales tax
is charged based on the shipping location. Sales
Tax rates vary by state, county and city. Order
Processing All orders are entered into our system
immediately upon completion within our Web Store.
All orders will ship within 5 days after receipt
of the materials to be used in the design of the
customer's product. Order Changes As most orders
will be processed immediately upon receipt, it is
difficult to make changes. Changes cannot be made
over the Internet. Should there be a backorder situation
and you would like to cancel or change shipping
method, please contact us by phone at 1-866-770-6131.
Order Shipping We offer shipment via United Parcel
Service ground. You may contact us by phone at 1-866-770-6131 to arrange preferred shipping methods.
All freight charges are prepaid by Headlines In
Time and included in your credit card charge. Customization
We constantly strive to have all our products immediately
available, however you may choose to order an item
that requires Headlines In Time to obtain custom
materials'. If an item you wish to purchase requires
materials not commonly used by Headlines In Time,
we will purchase the materials specifically requested.
Once the requested material is received it will
ship via the same method as described in this agreement.
You can cancel a custom materials' order at any
time prior to shipping by contacting Headlines In
Time. There will be a $50.00 fee if the custom materials”
have been ordered prior to the cancellation. Payment
Methods If you wish to pay by check or money order,

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard and American
Express only. There is no surcharge applied for
using your credit card. Please be sure to provide
your exact billing address and phone number as incorrect
information can cause a delay in processing your
order. Returns All returns are subject to inspection
by us after product is received. All product must
be new, unused and in the original, unopened box.
You must request a valid Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) prior to sending product back. Warranty Returns
If you receive a product damaged in shipping or
are not happy with your purchase, contact us by
mail, e-mail, phone or fax within 30 days of delivery.
If you find shipping damage, please retain the packaging
in case the carrier wants to inspect the damaged
item and how it was packaged. We will file the shipping
claim and arrange to send you a replacement. If
you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any
reason we want to correct the problem. Please contact
us via the most convenient method and we will work
with you to resolve the problem. Returns should
be sent via an insured carrier in their original
packaging for protection. We are not responsible
for lost returns. All of our products carry a warranty
against defects in material and workmanship. The
products that have been misused, abused or used
outside the recommended product specifications do
not fall under the manufacturer warranty. An authorized
RMA must be completed prior to sending product back.

In Time") provides the Headlines In Time Web
site including the Headlines In Time Home Page and
other Headlines In Time content (collectively, the
"Headlines In Time Site") subject to your
compliance with the terms and conditions below.

4. Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify

and related companies harmless from any and all
liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this
Agreement by you or users of your account, or in
connection with the use of the Headlines In Time
Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission
of any message, information, software or other materials
on the Headlines In Time Site or on the Internet
by you or users of your account.
5. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement, including any
and all documents referenced herein, constitute
the entire agreement between Headlines In Time,
Inc. and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
Headlines In Time, Inc.'s failure to insist upon
or enforce strict performance of any provision of
this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver
of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions
contained in this Agreement be determined to be
void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court
of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall
not affect the remaining provisions contained herein.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the United States
of America applicable therein.
